Can I return my jewelry?
Yes – we offer 30-day returns for purchases made on sunsetradiance.com. Choose a refund or store credit. Just contact us before sending anything back.
Return conditions
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, including any complimentary gifts.
- Mystery items and free gifts are non-returnable.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 2–7 business days.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes – we issue store credit for exchanges. After approval, you’ll receive a unique code to shop with. All exchanges are final.
Can I exchange a gift?
Absolutely. Gifts can be exchanged for store credit. Note: gift cards are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping across Australia, New Zealand, and Asia. Flat rate shipping of $15 AUD applies for all other destinations.

What if my order is delayed or missing?
If it’s been more than 30 days, please email us at support@sunsetradiance.com. If marked “delivered” but not received, check with neighbors or your local post office first.

All our pieces are Sunset Certified — meaning they meet our highest standards for everyday wear.
- 💎 1-Year Color Warranty: Covers fading, peeling, or discolouration of gold/silver finish.
- 🔧 90-Day Faulty Item Warranty: Covers damage or defects caused during manufacturing.
How do I submit a claim?
